What are your hours?

Our core hours for dog walking are M-F 9am- 6pm. We do try our best to accommodate walks outside these hours. For training or pet sitting please contact via e-mail.

What are your rates?

Rates vary according to your service, needs and travel time. Please contact via email to get started.

What do I need to do to get started?

The first thing we need to do is schedule a free in-home consultation. This enables us to get to know you and your pet(s). Together well document as much information as we can to be fully aware of your pet(s) likes/dislikes, any special needs they have, etc. If you decide to move forward, well discuss our pricing and program options that best fits your needs. You will be asked to sign a service agreement and will be requested a copy of your house key or alternative needs of access.

How will you communicate with me to let me know how the visit went?

An online journal will be emailed to you after each visit.

Are you certified in pet first aid?

The safety of your pet(s) is extremely important! We are certified in pet first aid and CPR. If your pet(s) becomes sick during her care, you will immediately be contacted and then your primary veterinarian on file.

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes! We are bonded and insured through Pet Sitters Associates.

What is your policy on last-minute reservations?

It is asked that you give at least 24 hours notice. Service is not guaranteed for last-minute requests. A $10 fee will be applied for same day bookings.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations can be made with no penalty. A credit will be applied to your next walk.
